Krisztina Morvai to head Jobbik list at EP elections

Lawyer Krisztina Morvai will top the list of the Jobbik Magyarországért Mozgalom (Movement for a Better Hungary) party at the European Parliament (EP) elections next year, Magyar Hírlap reports. Morvai is associate professor at the faculty of law at Eötvös Loránd University, and was formerly a member of the UN women’s rights committee and the European Human Rights Committee.

Morvai and party leader Gábor Vona will tour the country together from September.

So Fidesz lost her. Is that the reason why she is not on HirTV anymore?

  2. Stan says:

She’s a very bright woman. I would vote for her if she decided to run for president (or whatever Hungarians have here).

  3. Viking says:

You will not vote for her now when your favourite party fields her for the luxury and very well paid work in Brussels, which they of course detest and do not want to have anything to do with? That is politics, though and Jobbik is no different, even if they want to front that image.

    Viking,
I have no “favorite party”. They all suck for various reasons. MSZP and SZDSZ are the parties of corruption and incompetence, we don’t want any more of them. So we are searching for something better. Unfortunately a political party is always a package deal. You take the good with the bad.
Right wing parties usually lack realpolitik skills, don’t have mass appeal, and they really believe religion is a good thing. They approve getting wasted as long as you drink, but support police state methods when you smoke your troubles away. FIDESZ is closer – maybe too close – to the left, but seems to have many followers. We can only hope that Orban has learned from his own and Gyurcsany’s mistakes and do what he says should be done. I don’t like his Israel-friendly and anti-Russian policies, and a lot of members of his party, but at this time we really don’t have too many choices.

My personal experiance is that it was easier to bribe officials under Fidesz rule, than MSZP. Maybe I just been lucky…

  6. Stan says:

    Viking,
If you bribe officials, you are part of the problem, and should be deported.

  7. Viking says:

So that is why the US deported you?

  8. Stan says:

    Viking,
    You are so boringly predictable.
Same as Joe. Have fun you two.

Written by the guy who defines everything how it relates to the State of Israel and Judaism.

She is an antisemite who talks about the Jews like Horthy / Arrowcross Party who murdered 400,000 Hungarian Jews. She incites hatred.

Krisztina Morvai is married to a Jew! and show me the proof of Horthy or Arrow cross killing 400,000 jews? It’s all a lie!
