SZDSZ leader calls Bajnai “good choice”

Free Democrat chairman Gábor Fodor says the cabinet of technocrats intended to handle the crisis should begin work the day after it enters office and “will have no grace period”, in an interview in today’s Népszava.

Fodor said Bajnai is a good choice as he is not a Socialist Party member and will not make decisions with political motives.

The liberal leader underlines that it is “inconceivable” his party would run on a joint list with the Socialist Party at the next parliamentary elections and expresses hopes that his party will be successful at the European Parliament elections on June 7.
