The new leadership of Hungary’s liberal Free Democrats continue to support the government’s crisis management measures, but no further ones, party leader Attila Retkes said on Sunday, reacting to Prime Minister Gordon Bajnai’s letter to political party group leaders asking for their cooperation in combating the economic crisis.
“We agree that the crisis and therefore crisis management are not yet over. In this task you can continue to rely on the Free Democrats in the future. However, the previous leadership of the party did not agree to support any further measures and the current leaders will promise even less support,” Retkes said.
The government’s real message and policy will take shape in the budget, and only after this is fully known will the Free Democrats be able to tell whether to support the government’s future measures, Retkes said.
Free Democrats group leader Janos Koka also reacted to Bajnai’s letter on Sunday, stating that they are ready to support measures aimed at state participation in the “slimming diet” prompted by the crisis, as well as ones that seek to correct the mistakes of job preservation programmes and to give special treatment to helping small- and medium-sized businesses gain access to funds.

I have a good solution to the quandry. Piano wire for both and retroactively to any and all members and sympathizers to this pile of manure.
@beju: Hmmm – but the problem with this solution is that you and everyone else who believes in it are dickless losers incapable of even buying a length of wire, even if they hadn’t run off to California.
Erik, you are a joke, you actually support SZDSZ? You are the dickless pussy here!
No, I don’t suppory any political party – they are all awful. I just said that people who say things like what beju said are full of shit and pussies.
