Prime Minister Gordon Bajnai and European Union Commissioner for Equal Opportunities Vladimir Spidla praised Hungary's programme to integrate the Roma minority, at a press conference following their meeting in Budapest on Tuesday.
"Hungary has a clear-cut programme and may be ahead of other countries in the region in terms of Roma integration," Bajnai said.
The Hungarian government's relevant measures are "among the most comprehensive initiatives" in Europe, Spidla said, adding that "many could learn a lot from Hungary."
Bajnai repeated his earlier position that Roma integration was the highest political priority in the next 10-15 years. The integration of the Roma - an estimated 6 percent of a total population of 10 million - in terms of education, social services, employment, taxation and social security, is crucial for a sustainable society, the prime minister added.

Can anybody tell me what this "clear-cut integration" program entails? As well, "who" helped create it? Serious responses only please!
