The cabinet will establish a Ft 50 million fund from February 1 to compensate ethnic Hungarians in Slovakia who are fined for using their native language, Prime Minister Gordon Bajnai announced Thursday.
The funds will be made available through the Minority Round Table of Hungarians in Slovakia and the associated Forum Institute. The sum has been reassigned from the general reserves of the budget.
Hungary will pay the trial costs, legal fees and any fines levied on behalf of those prosecuted under the Slovak law.
The money will be available to ethnic Hungarian organisations as well as individuals.
And this comes from the Government…
As I have been asking before, if the Slovak Language Law actually was implemented in the way different Hungarian organisations and politicians have claimed it would be, it should be some fines and legal costs already to be paid

It has also been my surprise that Nationalists organisations like Jobbik did not jump on this much earlier creating funds collected among the Hungarians to pay for these legal things.
But helping people is not so much their thing.
Bashing Jews and Roma is more funny

So are there already some people or organisations in Slovakia that can claim money from this fund?
Meaning have there been any court cases yet, that of course can be taken to different International Courts.
Oh Hungary won’t you buy me a Mercedes Benz…
