Jobbik will sue Magyar Hírlap for publishing the false claims of a website concerning party chairman Gábor Vona’s adultery, press chief of the far-right party Előd Novák told MTI on Tuesday.
The daily wrote that Vona, who is married, exchanged erotic emails with Jobbik parliamentary candidate for Hajdúdorog and married mother of two Mariann Pogácsás, referring to an anonymous internet post.
Novák denied the claims, adding that Vona had last year terminated his membership of the Hungarian social networking website www.wiw.hu, believing that people employing “secret service methods” had hacked into and then sent messages from his account.
I really hope this one reaches the courts, then they normally never do
If they do, then the interesting part will be Előd’s claim:

If Magyar Hírlap can produce the emails, or enough evidence of them to make it likely they existed, then it will be very hard for the Court to actually take any notice about Jobbik’s claim against iwiw, which is a real clear-cut Criminal Case where Magyar Hírlap is not a part of

Magyar Hírlap can only be guilty if they actually knew the emails were forged, which is another thing to prove and which is not easy

It is a defense under US laws but I do not believe that it is a defense under European and Hungarian laws. Some hot air artist telling us means nothing. Best to wait for someone like Bob who knows about these things.

@justasking: You get your i-Pad back when you leave. The reason cited is that the wireless used interferes with other wireless users. This is affecting Israelis too, particularly their developer community, so no conspiracy bollocks.

I was just going by what was said on the CBC (Canadian Broad Cast) the other night. They had said that as the people were coming through customes, their I-Pads were being confiscated due to “not meeting Israeli standards”
