The Szeged Court of Appeals handed down a life prison term to Péter András for the brutal murder of his girlfriend in Kalocsa in April 2009.
András, a former member of the Magyar Gárda, stabbed his victim numerous times, tried to sever her head, carved a swastika into her back with a knife, then draped her body in a flag portraying a Nazi symbol.
He will be eligible for parole in 30 years at the earliest.

1) It obviously did not take so long time to gather evidence that Péter András was the most likely perpetrator, so the Prosecution could take him to court
Before the charges has been made, there will hardly be so much evidence shown, then that is partly the Prosecution’s right to not ‘spill the beans’
Also the Budahazy case is a bit more complicated, than a simple murder case, so the comparison is not perfect
The media-fiasco was never any attempt to “fabricate evidence”. They showed a video that was said was to have been found on on of the seized computers. That was the thing. No one I read has denied the existence of the video in question. NNI has claimed it is not so important in this case and as proof it is rather useless, then it does not prove anything by itself. I have to admit, that is one thing that I hate about our Canadian Justice System…how they pussy foot around the criminals. There are so many loop holes that it resembles knitting.
That’s what I like about the States…they have no qualms about sentencing people to multiple life sentences…150 years in jail. I love that kind of punishment that is passed down to these animals.
If I were the victim or a member of the victim’s family…that would help me heal. Knowing that somebody got their cum-up-ins while I was around to see it and not having to leave it in God’s hands.
