Prosecutors indict former Budapest asset manager for on-camera bribe

Prosecutors yesterday indicted former 11th District asset management committee chairman János Wieszt, who was caught on camera taking a Ft 2.2 million bribe in a Budapest Chamber of Commerce building.

A businessman reported Wieszt in May 2010, adding the hidden recording to his report.

Two laywers were also indicted on suspicion of bribery and influence peddling.
